Hi, I’m Natalie Saada.
I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting women’s mental health, with a particular focus on dating, relationships, and intimacy.
I discovered a genuine passion for understanding people and behavior in college when I took my first psychology course. I earned my BA in Psychology from Binghamton University and later completed a Master’s in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University. I began my career in Human Resources. Over time, I realized I wanted to work with people in a way that allowed for deeper emotional exploration and growth. That realization led me back to graduate school to become a therapist.
After earning my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College, I worked in a group practice supporting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns. Many were experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma, and some were navigating a combination of those challenges alongside heartbreak, dating burnout, patterns of unhealthy relationships or relationship difficulties. These experiences shaped my current approach, which centers on women’s emotional well-being and helps clients untangle difficulties to build healthier, more fulfilling connections. To strengthen my work, I also completed training in EMDR at The Center of Excellence in EMDR Therapy.
Today, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the challenges women face in relationships to help clients improve connection, and experience lasting emotional health.
