Alongside caring for and bonding with your baby, you may also find yourself experiencing anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and a constant sense of responsibility that feels difficult to turn off. Therapy can help you better understand what you’re experiencing, feel more grounded internally, and move through this stage with greater steadiness, support, and self-trust.

  • Motherhood can bring deep love, connection, and joy while also coming with a constant sense of responsibility, mental load, and pressure to keep everything going. Many moms find themselves overwhelmed, overthinking, emotionally stretched thin, and caring for everyone else while barely having space for themselves. I’m drawn to the experience of motherhood because it can bring deep love, connection, and joy while also holding so much change in your identity, your relationships, and how you experience yourself day to day. As both a therapist and a mother, I understand how easy it is to feel stretched thin while still trying to hold everything together. I see my role as helping you stay connected to yourself so you can experience more of the meaningful moments along the way.

In therapy, I create a space where you can be honest about what you’re feeling during pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, with a focus on both insight and practical support that helps you feel more steady in your daily life.
